Filter HR Cases

Hello everyone how can i filter all HR Cases where the title of the opened for is IT Technician

Hello @yoli1 ,

You can easily create the filter by following below steps:

1. Open the List view for HR Cases.

2. Click on Show Related List.

3. Under the Opened for -->> User Fields.

4. Click on Title. (See image attached)

5. Click on "is" and add the Title name "IT Technician" (See image attached)

5. Click on Run.

You will have the desired filter.

Hello @Manthan Thank you for your reply. so my task is :

1 - Create a simple report for open HR Cases

2 -  Filter all HR Cases where the title of the opened for is IT Technician

I'm not quite sure if for the question 2 i should do the filter from a list or a report what do you think ?

Hello @yoli1 ,

You can achieve it either from the list view or directly from the Report as well.

If you have already applied your filter on the list view, it is much easier to do it from the list view.

Simple, Right-click on any field you want to create a report on (See image attached) and click on the Bar chart or Pie chart option.

ServiceNow will create a report for you with the filter you added to the list view of HR Incidents.

Once done you can change the report type and configure the report as per your liking.

Thank you so much @Manthan ! But should i create a report for the open Cases (question 1 ) and then create another report for all HR Cases where the title of the opened for is IT Technician (question 2) ? i'm looking to implement a best practice solution. if you got any idea
