Hello everyone how can i filter all HR Cases where the title of the opened for is IT Technician

@yoli1, That depends on the business requirements.


If you are adding the report to the dashboard you only need 1 report and it can fulfill your requirement using "Interactive Filters", if that is not the case then yes you will need to create 2 separate reports.

I would create an interactive filter and add that to the dashboard if my targetted audience for the above reports is managers or dispatchers. (See the image attached that shows the OOB ServiceNow dashboard for Incident Management)

Creating Interactive filters and adding them to dashboards provides users with the ability to choose what type of data they would like to see.
