Hello @Manthan so for the question 1 report will show Open HR Cases if i created an Interactive Filter for question 2 it will show Open HR Cases where the title of the opened for is IT Technician as the report in question 1 show Open HR Cases but in question 2 it says All HR Cases what do you think ? 1- Open / 2- All (
1 - Create a simple report for open HR Cases
2 - Filter all HR Cases where the title of the opened for is IT Technician)

Hello @yoli1,
I am not sure if I understand the requirement, can you please elaborate more on the request?
Please help me understand the business requirement that you are working on?
If you are building the report for a manager who wants to only look at 1 report at a time you can create 1 report and an Interactive filter that will satisfy the requirement, if not then creating 2 reports would fulfill the reporting needs.
Hope this helps.
Thank you

Hello @yoli1,
If you are going with the route to create an Interactive filter below should work fine:
1. Create only 1 report on HR table without any filters. (Report that shows ALL Incidents)
2. Add your report to the dashboard.
3. Copy (Use Insert and Save) for OOB Interactive Filters like - Incident State, Assignment Group, Category, and any other ones which can be useful to the persona you are creating the report for.
4. Once done add those filters to the dashboard you created.
5. Verify the filters you created work as expected.
Once the above steps are completed you will have the dashboard and reports required. As I mentioned earlier you only need to go with this route if it the making life easier for the user who will be accessing the report.
If not, please create separate reports.
To learn more about Interactive Filters, please refer to the product Interactive Filters Product Documentation.
Thank you
