filter navigation is not showing in my instance and how to enable it ?

Hi there,
Has this always been like this for you on San Diego? Or changed a system property perhaps?
In my experience this does happen sometimes, as the loading is pretty slow and sometimes building the screen just stops.
There's also a system property with which you can disable this, I'll have a look which one it is.

Can you have a look at system property "glide.ui.polaris.menus"? If it is set to false, no menus and workspaces are shown.
So make sure it is set to true.
