Filter option to track from the Activity

I want to filter list of cases from the case table but I need to filter with the condition when the cases first state changes to Awaiting customer && first comment by the client user, Do we have any way to achieve this filter condition?

Hi @Kri This is not directly possible. For the first part, you need to create a metric in the case table with the state field. For the second part, I don’t think it’s possible at all, as it would require digging through logs or activities to find who commented first.
