FIlter "is one of" for EmployeeID in Agent Workspace

We have requirement to add filter "is one of" for Employee ID - String type.

In Agent Workspace we are trying

Please let me know if anyone can provide way to achieve

This operator "is one of" is not available in Workspace, we cannot enable it.

For string field is one of filter will not work. See below ServiceNow doc for which field type support which filter.
