Filter record based on condition in a customised view

Hello All,

I have a requirement where I have created a customized view on cmdb_ci_outage table. I want to show specific records based on certain conditions for this customized view. 

I need help to configure this requirement.

View name : Apex

Table : cmdb_ci_outage

Filter condition : configuration item and class used on query

I would add a new module in the ServiceNow navigator.
