Hi Everyone,
I need to get the latest record of all the state in the metric instance table, I have created a metric definition for the state field and i can get the records when each time the state of an ticket gets updated ,however i need to get the latest record of each state , for example if an ticket moved to assigned and then moved to work in progress and again if the state moved to assigned again then the second assigned record with start and end date should appear in the table .please need your help
