Find first response time for HR cases

Hi All,
I want to calculate the first response time in ServiceNow HR cases in HRSD. where, First Response Time = Time taken to acknowledge & Respond to a new case.
Is there any OOTB way to find it, if now how can we achieve it?

Your requirement is incomplete, Do you need a report on this or do you need to display it on a HR case form in a field ? and what fields do you want to consder in your case ?

which fields would you like to consider assignement group, assigned to etc...

I want once the case is marked in progress and assigned to. Let me know how we can achieve it as i am not able to find any such field 'First Response Time' on the hr case table.
