Import Policy Text

Hi All,

Need help in Compliance Workspace. Can anyone guide how this "Import Policy Text" is appearing on Policy Form. I check UI Actions and Declarative Action, but I din't find from where it is getting populated and in which table data is getting imported and which role is controlling access to it.

Any help will be appreciated.

This is a feature for import policy text for redlining.

Import the policy text as an attachment if you’re unable to do the word editing.

Once it's enabled , you can get the policy text from other hosting sources and you can see the content in "Policy text field".

Make sure All > Policy and Compliance > Administration > GRC properties :

Thnx for the information. But It is still bit confusing "if you’re unable to do the word editing.". In layman language what I understand is 

- Author : Will Draft the policy and will mention all the details in the Policy Text field with all formatting's. 

- Contributor : Will contribute in Drafting the policy.

- Owner : Will review the policy text drafted by Author & Contributor in the Policy Text Field on the form.

*** Then how will this "Import Policy Text" feature is helping, the owner for redlining as in "Review" state this feature is not available and also policy text is on the form not as an attachment.

Were you able to resolve? I am trying to edit the button to appear in the 'Review' state but cannot find the configuration settings.
