Find first response time for HR cases

Hi All,
I want to calculate the first response time in ServiceNow HR cases in HRSD. where, First Response Time = Time taken to acknowledge & Respond to a new case.
Is there any OOTB way to find it, if now how can we achieve it?

I do have a button at the top of the case 'Ready to work'

Did you ever figure out a way to capture the date of the first response from the date the HR case was opened?
