Hello, people want me to change a notification that is sent out when products are ready to be pickedup. I have found an email from "email log" thats from this notification, but i cant find the notification itself. Is there a way to locate the notification from the email from "email log"?

Since you can't see the embedded list, I am assuming it might have been hidden via a client script. In this case, there is an alternative to check which notification is being used in the email. Simply use https://<Your Instance>.service-now.com/sys_email_log_list.do and check notification column to know the notification name being used in the email.

Hi,

You're not able to locate the template from the 'email log' because that particular email is sent using the email client template.

Navigate to All>Email Client Templates, and try to find with any keyword either in "subject" or "body html" in LIST View.
