Knowledge Base for external users

Hi Team,

Consider we have 3 knowledge bases, and of which we have to enable 1 Knowledge base for external users, does anyone know how to do this?

I referred below article however this didnt work as expected.

Please note that I have figured out how to make all the knowledge bases visible to the external user. I want to know how to enable one of the KB for external users.

https://support.servicenow.com/kb?id=kb_article_view&sysparm_article=KB0564169

Thanks
Johnny

Hi @JohnnySnow ,

If you have the Explicit Roles active in the system (https://docs.servicenow.com/bundle/washingtondc-platform-security/page/administer/contextual-securit...), you will have the 'Can read' and 'Cannot Read' related lists, where you can set, via user criteria, access to only snc_external or snc_internal.

In your case, it probably works if you set snc_internal for all internal knowledge bases and leave the one you want to have available to the whole world.
