Hello Team,

I have few questions that i want to confirm , in a issue user is not able to see the report having error with "access to this content denied based on report_view ACL"  and how can i check who can see that report

I have found the same number of access for groups but number of roles on dev  and production is different User have 122 roles on dev while on Prod having only 102 Roles access how can i get to know while role access on production will help user to view report as user can see report on dev but not on production

can you please guide me the possible reason and how to resolve the issue step by step?

Thanks for sharing that. Also could you please open and share a screenshot of the ACL (Access Control List) record associated with the table that's causing the issue for the user?

Sure Shiva here It is please check and also if this screenshot is not helpful please let me know if i can show you the issue on screen share

As per the screenshot, the user must have sn_dpm.dpm_manager or cmdb_read role

Please check if the user has anyone of these roles.

If not add them to the user and see.

still user can see report on Dev but not on production sharing the screenshot

What about the ACL in Dev. Is it as same as prod?
