The scenario is creating case records using flows once email(inbound) is received (ServiceNow).
I want to find out the emails (inbound) which fails to create case record (using flows) on ServiceNow.'

check in the related list of email log and see which inbound flow ran on that.
I don't think it's an easy task to see which inbound flow failed to create CASE
