Finding reference to fields in flows

Good morning!

We have a need to find all Flows that have any reference to a specific field. Has anyone done anything like this or have an idea how we could do this?

For example, if a flow updates the service_offering fields, or uses the service_offering fields we need to find this reference so that we can update it to use a different field.

The only way I see is going to table sys_update_xml and filter accordingly.
