Finding widget

Hi,

How can I find the widget that is getting used in service portal. I need to add another column (field) to this table but I cant find the widget that responsible for that.

Hello,

Please follow the below steps:-

1) Hover your mouse on the widget then ctrl + right click on mouse(at the same time). You will see the below. The one in the top between the inverted comma is name of the widget.

Then go to navigation search for widgets under service portal:-

Then search for that name:-
