hi i have a question I need to do the following task and I would appreciate help on how to do it -A new field must be created on the Task table that will be called First Handler. This will be a reference to the users table and will be read only.
will be automatically populated by the system, only for faults, in the user record of the first supporter who handled the call. That is, the first assigned to that will be in trouble.

1. What is the use case for same?
2. It will be a customization , as you are creating the field on task level.
3.If you want to track the first user to handle the call, you can use assign to on incident form.
