Flow context related link is not showing on ritm form?

Hi,

I have created a simple item and flow. Attached the flow to the item which i have created. After submitting the item, Flow context related link is not visible on the ritm form.

 

When i checked the UI Action of Flow Context realised that, on RITM form we have 'flow context' field and which is supposed to store flow record but this field is coming empty for all items when i submit item. Please suggest me on this. Thank You!
