Flow designer Actions availability

Hi,

I have created a Data source and transform map which I need to call/run in the flow designer on certain trigger condition. I created the script action but got to know that "GlideImportSetLoader" API does not work in custom scope. Now I am trying to use the Action type: Import Set Operation and Operation: Load Data from Data Source

AND Action type: Import Set Operation, Operation: Transform an import set but unable to find.

My query is what plugins, spoke etc. should be installed in my instance to use those above-mentioned Action type and operation in the flow designer. Please help if anybody knows.

I believe it might require Integration Hub licensing but not very sure on that piece.
