We have an event from a third-party system(Workato) that scans for users who need to update their passwords.
The goal is to contact the user with the Virtual Agent and ask them to start the automation process.
We would like to know what the best approach to implement this process.
We thought about creating a new table where Workato will insert new records for users who should reset their passwords.
The virtual agent notification captures A trigger event on the insert.
The user will be asked to reset the password with two options(clickable actions).
Each action will run a different topic(LLM).
