I am creating my first flow designer and the approvals are not triggering for Service Catalog items. Can you help me figure out what I'm missing? (I have saved/activated prior to testing)
Flow Designer
Resulting Request Item:
It creates the entry in the table fine but doesn't trigger approvals. Any help would be appreciated.

I'm not sure exactly why but when I clicked on the RITM after creating the Catalog item it didn't show the approval but when I navigated to the RITM it shows the approval...not sure why the system disconnect but this is a non-issue.
Thanks for hint to look at the flow execution

Ok and one other thing you should make sure the "Requested For" field is populated on the RITM with a capital F the one you show on the form is "Requested for" field dot-walked from the request with a lower case f.

I see it's probably because there is a little bit of delay on Flow Designer it's asynchronous
