Is possible to pass RITM information to the target ServiceNow Instance?     How does it handle when state, priorities, and assignment groups are different between the 2 instances?

Thanks,

Chad

The plugin can be only activated by ServiceNow Support and you will not have access to the view the plugin record. The only way you can confirm is by navigating to the flow designer actions or ensure you have application "ServiceNow eBonding Example Spoke" as one of the options in the application picker list.

Thanks,

I do have the "ServiceNow eBonding Example Spoke."  I was able to integrate the 3 different Incident examples, however, I was hoping to mimic them and utilize them for RITM.  This is what I really need to accomplish, and I was under the impression that the PayloadBuilder is where Ll the magic happens that I need to adjust accordingly.

Hello Patbishop,

PayloadBuilder is the script include which builds a payload by reading a set of fields from an incident table and uses it in the REST steps. Go through it for reference and create your own script include for the use case you have.

Pradeep, am I missing something?  I DO NOT see the PayloadBuilder Script Include. I have the Integration HUB plugin installed. The ServiceNow Ebonding Spoke IS WORKING as I am currently using it for Incident with the OOB widgets.

Under Script Includes, there's is not a Payload Builder Script.  Under Plugins, there is NOT "com.glide.sn.ebonding.ah".

Can you provide a direct link to it? At this point, I'd be happy with the code of it and I'll just create my own script include.

I have a HI ticket opened and I believe the tech has reached out to you via email.  Is it possible for us to have a quick call or Webex to resolve this issue? I am tasked to have RITM ebonding completed by Monday and I feel like we have just gone back and forth and have gotten nowhere.
