Flow Designer Error

Unable to create any flow or action in PDI with the following error. Any suggestions on this would be very helpful. Thanks in advance

Repair your flow designer plugin, it should work.

Alternatively, you can wipe or reset your PDI instance from developer.service-now.com. I belive this would be more easy for you and you will get the refreshed instance.
