Flow Designer Executing only when i'm testing via flow designer

Hi Everyone,
We recently upgraded to Vancouver via Utah and my flow designer seems not to be working anymore, the flow that i created is working only when i'm testing via the flow designer but doesn't trigger when conditions are met.

but it's for Utah upgrade. Perhaps is there a similar issue with Vancouver upgrade? could you please help me out.

If it's really a migration issue's, you probably faster by just creating a new one?
Are there version differences between the instances?

Hi,
nope there are no version differences, but the flow has a lot of subflows and actions, so i was hoping to make the same flow work.

Did you try removing the condition, make it something else and then publish and save it again?
