I am trying to report onActive Incidents approaching SLA and already breached SLA. I am running into an issue where it is going by incident tasks, not the entire incident, and i am not sure how to fix. So, for example here:
In the first column, the yellow is approaching SLA and the red is breached. INC639289 shows under both because it has a task that has already breach and one that is approaching still, as seen here:
I want to see it per incident, not incident task, because once it has missed SLA it has missed SLA.
Another issue i'm not sure how to fix is so i only see the same incident once. In the first picture above, 2 of the 5 are INC6457361, because 2 of the tasks missed SLA as seen here:
but again, i only want to see per incident, since once it has missed it has missed, make sense?
It is partially helpful, thank you. But I'm trying to do approaching SLA and breach SLA on one chart, and it is still showing by incident tasks. On this chart, for Dwayne' for example, the incident in yellow(approaching SLA), is also one of the incidents in red(breached SLA).
If any part of the incident has already breach SLA, i don't want to see in approaching SLA still, since it has already missed SLA
Ok, i have it partially fied, but some are still showing under both breached(red) and not breached(yellow). If breached i want to just show under red. On this chart the two for Martin are the same one:(
I'd like to keep in one visual, but maybe i can't?
