Flow Designer Executing only when i'm testing via flow designer

Hi Everyone,

We recently upgraded to Vancouver via Utah and my flow designer seems not to be working anymore, the flow that i created is working only when i'm testing via the flow designer but doesn't trigger when conditions are met.

but it's for Utah upgrade. Perhaps is there a similar issue with Vancouver upgrade? could you please help me out.

Maybe worth setting up a HI ticket, if the trigger is simply iqnored?

Think you have contact HI Support, if it's simply not triggering that specific flow while it's conditions should met.
