Flow Designer - How to check if work notes or additional comments changed

In flow designer is there a way to check if work notes or additional comments have been updated. Particularly in the sc_task table. I want to be able to send the same worknote or additional comment to another task table. Example: sc_task (work note) --> sc_req_item (additional comments)

In the flow designer, you can add a condition to check if additional comments change on the sc_task record.
