Flow Designer Incident Creation

Hello Experts,

I have designed one subflow for incident creation and I am calling that subflow via script. but it's creating two incidents at a time for the same issue. I want to that from where that sub-flow triggering again.

1)Can you check the flow context and see if its executing twice.

2)I would check execution list right after flow execution to see if any other flow is triggering

whats your trigger to call the subflow via script???

and also did u include your subflow to any existing flow which meeting the conditio to trigger.
