Hi,
I have created the flow for a catalog item. I will share the variables and flow, I am not sure why the if condition is Evaluating as False. If the pictures are not enough to give any solution, please tell me what I have to look into it. Kindly help.

Could you please provide me column headers of the LIST, I need to know what is false and what is true here in the list

While submitting the Catalog item, are you selecting "Upgrade to New Key" ?
You might have configured "None" in the variable , that's why it is evaluating to "False"
If unable to check it, share the Screenshot of variable configuration and submitted RITM

are you sure that variable has Value in it during submission?
If yes then any script is clearing that value afterwards.
