Hello all, good day,

I need help how to do this in flow designer?
appreciate if you can share some step by step example, thank you so much.

- if approve 1 rejected allow issuer to re-submit

- if approve 2 or approve 3 rejected go back to "report" step allow to edit the report and send to approve 2 and approve 3 again

- if approve 2 and approve 3 approved then record will be closed.

Hi there,

Have you tried the Go Back To action in Flow Designer (Washington release)?

Hi @Mark Roethof , thank you for the reply.

I heard about this, our instance just upgraded to Washington,

but i cannot find this "Go Back to" action, i dont know why.

Thank you.

Here is the documentation:
https://docs.servicenow.com/bundle/washingtondc-build-workflows/page/administer/flow-designer/refere...

It does mention "Flows that were created in versions prior to the Washington DC family release do not support Go back to flow logic". Don't know if that's your issue.

Kind regards,
