Flow Designer not triggering for few users.

Hello team,

We have created a flow for catalog item for approval and fulfillment. We have encountered one issue that for few users the flow is not getting triggered for some reason where for most of the users it is working perfectly file. Request you to please provide some solution on this. Attaching screenshots for your reference. 

Table affected: sc_req_item.

As you can see here Requested for field is empty, hence the flow is not getting triggered.

This seems to be an issue with "Run as" of your flow designer. You need to set is as "system user" instead of "user who initiates the session"

Yes, it is set as system user.

are there any error logs available if the flow is not getting triggered?
In addition: What are the trigger conditions? Did you select Service Catalog as a trigger? 

Did select the system user for the "Run as" option during the creation of the flow?

Yes, the trigger condition is service catalog and Run As is set as System User. I am sharing a screenshot of the flow context error.
