Flow for a catalog item is not working as expected on impersonating HR User. The RITM Shows the stage as "Waiting for Approval" as designed but it doesn't triggers the Manager's approval. However, the same flow works fine for an admin user.
Any help on this would be appreciated.
-Thanks

Hello everyone, thanks for all your inputs.
Actually there was a flow running on "REQ" table as well. That flow had "Run as" - "User who initiates session". I updated it to "System User" and it works fine now.
-Thanks again for your time 🙂

Looks wired @Priyanka Ghosh
Did you try with new request and test? Is HR has manager on place and active? Tough to say what can be exact reason. Give a try in PDI and see is that work else log a case.

Did you also check on Harneet's option to check if the flow is running as system user or as user who initiates flow? If the user does not have the correct roles to create an approval record, it will not be creating an approval record. Or is it set to run as system?
