Flow Designer page appearing blank

Everytime i am opening flow designer page form app navigator ,i am landing to a blank page-

$flow-designer.do?sysparm_nostack=true

Try opening it from a different browser or by using incognito mode. If you have a lot of open apps and browsers, it might also be a memory issue.

is this happening in your PDI or customer instance?

If in PDI can raise the issue in the Instance help Forum, ServiceNow guys view that forum and will sort this out for you.
