Flow Designer "Save" and "Activate" buttons disappeared

I'm having an issue with the flow buttons (Save, Activate/Deactivate..) not showing to me, even when creating a new flow. I tried to clear the cache, change the browser, and incognito mode. This happens in multiple ServiceNow instances, and I didn't find any solution.

I tried to use Chrome, Edge, Mozilla, and Vivaldi. The only browser in which the buttons show up is Vivaldi.

The only difference that I could notice, is that there is an error being displayed in the console (except for Vivaldi).

Any thoughts about this?

Ok, I found what the issue was, and has a connection with the console error (ApolloClient).

Apparently, It was conflicting with the Kaspersky AntiVirus after the ApolloClient update. There is a post in the Kaspersky forum where a Dev said that the fix will be available between late Jan and early Feb.

Alternatively, I fixed this by adding the instance URL (my_instance.service-now.com) to the trusted addresses in the Kaspersky configuration (network settings), and now I can see the buttons in Flow Designer again.

Hello @Jose Torres

The system tables [sys_hub_ui_section] and [sys_hub_ui_element] are empty or contain corrupt data.

Restore the [sys_hub_ui_section] and [sys_hub_ui_element] tables to make the UI Actions visible.

Hello @Ravi Chandra_K ,

Unfortunately, I'm still having this issue in multiple instances (PDI, customer instances, etc.)

Only the Vivaldi browser is working correctly.

Hello @Jose Torres glad the fix is found...

SN support had to step in for Some issues...

This is one of those where the existing KBs doesn't help...
