I need help finding where the assignment for the Major Incident Communication Tasks gets assigned at. I have an issue where the assignment is not set to the right person.

Utilize Task Communications Management: This feature helps streamline communication processes by creating designated communication plans during events. Ensure that your communication plans are properly configured to assign tasks to the correct individuals or groups.
Create a Communication Task:
a. In the major incident form, navigate to the related tasks or related lists section.
bClick on "New" or "Create" to add a new task.
c. Select "Communication" or a similar task type, depending on your setup.
Fill in Communication Task Details: Provide the following information for the communication task:
- Short Description: A brief, descriptive title for the communication task.
- Assigned to: Assign this task to the appropriate individual or group responsible for communication during the major incident.
- Priority: Set the priority level for the communication task

Hi,
You can check for Assignment Rule table and check that it is not configured for Major Incident:
Search for Assignment in Application Navigator
- Workflow:
Check the Task Assignment Logic:
Look for the task creation step and verify how the Assignment Group or Assigned To field is being set.
