Flow Designer Requirement

Hello Experts,

I have the below requirement 

If the conditions are mentioned in the condition builder of the ABC Management form, an incident should be created. For the above requirement, what should be my trigger condition in the flow designer?

I am new to flow designer please guide me.

You can have something like below for a form.

Then add flow to your item.

Hello @Sonam Tiwari I have a list of records in the ABC management LIST.

suppose there are 10 records in ABC management form and 10 record conditions different condition builders are set.

I am passing JSON data through the Postman tool if that data matches the condition specified in any record then an incident should be created. I hope u understood my requirement. the condition should be dynamic. thank you.

can you share a screenshot of your abc management form ? just like to what you mean by condition builder, is it the once which we have in SLA start condition ? you mean you have that in your form ?
