Flow Designer Rest step Connection dropdown not working

Hi everybody,

On my dev instance I've created and integration with Jira using Jira Spoke.

Now I'm trying to do the same on prod but having a problem with the flow designer.

For example on the "Add Comment" action, the rest step, the Connection drop down do not want to open, but I need to choose from it the "Define Connection Inline" option.

From the inspector I see that the option is there, but the dropDown is not working.

Any ideas why on prod this dropDown is broken?

did it work fine in UAT?

Are both dev and prod on same version and patch?

Hi Ankur,

Unfortunately prod and dev are different at the moment.

Prod is with Xanadu Patch 1 Hot Fix 2 and dev is with Washington DC Patch 7a.

As a bonus the Jira spoke plugin on prod is version 5.x, but on dev is 4.x and cannot be upgraded to 5.

I've also opened a case to the Snow Support, what they've told me is that I'm missing some dependencies, but did not said which exactly.

I also think that there is something wrong or missing in the IntegrationHub, but what, I do not know.

Also due to the different Snow versions, the Jira Spoke itself is with different versions, on prod is 5.x and on dev is up-gradable only to 4.x something.
