Flow designer skipping approval

Hi,

We have FD created but Approval is getting skipped, Users are added and all have email address are active,

This is for a catalog variable .

Did you add your group name in the highlighted field below?

i added now the group it shows in waiting in TEST but when i see the RITM there is no Approvals generated
