Flow Designer tables

Our team is taking a deeper dive into Flow Designer vs. Workflow Editor and have two general questions regarding tables.  When working with Workflow Editor, there's a table called "wf_context" that ties a workflow version to the related record:

Does a table like this exist when working with Flow Designer?

When working with the Workflow Editor, there's also another table called "wf_stage" that houses all of the stages for a particular workflow.  For Flow Designer, we see a table called "sys_hub_flow_stage" that appears to do the same thing.  However, when we put in a dummy flow stage just to see how it would show up in the table, it shows up twice for some reason and we're not sure why:

Any explanation why there would be double of the same entry?

Thanks!

Hi

Did you check, if the both records do have different Sys_Id?

I tried the steps you describe, and I just receive one record.

Is that behavior reproducable? If yes, can you tell me the steps you took in detail.

Maybe you did INSERT the record twice by accident?!?
