Flow designer to send email with all Catalog Variable

Hi All,

I am trying to send email to a specific Email address with all RITM variables when a request is submitted.

Initially I have given a simple FD taking a RITM and then send email to see if all variable goes properly.

 

Any extra steps to send email (we are trying to use FD rather than email scripting )

 

But when I see 'Preview Email' it gives nothing in email . Thanks

Have you added variable data in body?

yep updated the snap shot above the 2 variables are in body but nothing is coming in Preview Email

I think there was a silly one the FD was in draft state published and it works. Thanks All. Cheers
