How to get started with learning AI/ML implementation in ServiceNow

Hello all fellow developers

I have an overall experience of about 7 years in the ServiceNow ecosystem and I am a bit confused as to how do I get started with AI/ML implementation in ServiceNow.

If I want to get a CIS certification, I have a clear path defined in ServiceNow's NowLearning platform.

But I am getting confused between NowAssist, Predictive Intelligence, AI, ML, etc.

It would be really very helpful if anyone can suggest certain defined path that I can follow so that I can start from the basics.

Atul: Now Assist is based on Gen AI and uses ML in the backend but SN did not provide any specific course on AI or ML.

There are few courses available for Now Assist in SN, you can do that. few are like
