Flow Designer: use current value from changed fields

Hi all,

I created a flow that is triggered by the update of the field "end date" on the sys_user table.

I am trying to use the [current value] of that field as a data pill but it is greyed out. Any idea how to do so?

I need the value to populate a variable for the [submit a catalog request] action
