Flow Designer

My flow designer doesn't get trigger while impersonating a user? I already set the run as in flow designer to 'user who initiated session'. The flow designer only works if Im not impersonating a user. Has anyone ever had this problem? If so, how did you fix it?

Hi @doantrong877

Please if the user has required permissions to execute the flow and permissions to interact with records or tables you have in used in your flow.

Try adding roles in "Run with role(s)" in flow setting and then try again it it works.

There was no restriction on any record or table on this flow for the users. (I made it accessible to everyone). I wanted to make it so everyone be able to execute this flow, so the "Run with role(s)" will not be an option for what I was looking to achieve. The attachment below is my flow

Hi @doantrong877 ,

1) Ensure that the user you're impersonating has the necessary permissions to trigger the flow designer. Verify that the impersonated user has the right roles and access levels.

2) Double-check that you've set the "Run As" option in the flow designer to "User Who Initiated Session." This setting should allow the flow designer to run in the context of the impersonated user.

3) Try impersonating different users to see if the issue is specific to one user or if it occurs consistently with all users

I checked all the above but it's still acting the same. Below is my Flow configuration set up.Screenshot 2023-08-25 at 9.13.39 PM.png
