We have a flow. It only contains only 3 steps which are update Request , Update RITM and Create catalog task.
Can we configure this flow to run by every user even the user with no role
We are not allow to edit ACL

please share the complete flow configuration screenshots.
Your flow should trigger with Service catalog and not on Record insert/update

Ensure flow is Run as System User, Publish it and then test with fresh catalog form submission.
During step 3 Catalog task creation did you specify the Requested item record or not?

Hello ,
The error occured because of assignment group.
I was trying to set assignment group to RITM when I removed , it worked
But why particular assignment group is having issue?
