Virtual Agent integration with Teams

Hi,

 

We have integrated VA with Teams with self configured bot. In development environment the bot worked perfect. But when we are deploying the same in Test, bot is not responding.

 

We have deleted all the configurations and retried couple of times but the bot never responded. Below are the errors we are getting in logs

1.Error processing auto-resolution context errors because VA user ID is null

2.Invalid claim data type. name:serviceurl;value:null: no thrown error

3.Claim mismatch. name:serviceurl;value:null: no thrown error

4.OIDC token verification failed: com.snc.platform.security.oauth.OAuthRequestProblemException: Unable to verify JWT token

 

Can you please guide some troubleshooting

I don’t have much idea, but are both instances on the same patch, and are the plugins updated? Sometimes the issue occurs because the plugin isn't updated."
