Can a single flow used for multiple catalog items? Can it handle more than one catalog variable within the same flow?

Simple answer no if you have different variables on catalog items. If it has only variable set which is used in various catalog items is my thought process.

It might seem like a simple yes or no, but in this case, you need to apply multiple conditions based on the variables. In my project, we're using a single flow for 150 catalog items by adding conditions—based on the catalog item—to generate different tasks. So technically, yes, it is possible.
