I created a flow where, once a customer orders an item, it goes through an approval by one approver. After approval, the task is assigned to a delivery group to be completed.
Once the task is closed, the flow is supposed to do the following:
Set the Request Item status to Closed Complete
Update the Vehicle Status on the Vehicle Tracker record to Out on Field
However, my issue is with the last part—the Request Item status is not changing, and it stays in the Open state.
I’ve checked the flow, and everything seems to be configured correctly.
Does anyone know how I can fix this issue?
I have been trying to debug the flow, but I cannot find the Debug button on the page.
I have attached a screenshot of the execution details for steps 6 and 7. In step 6, which is related to my issue, the state number is 3. Additionally, I noticed that the "Completed" field shows a count of 4.
In your opinion, could this discrepancy be the cause of the issue I am experiencing?
