Flow execution errors with - "There was an error loading the execution details for this flow contex

Hello All,

Looking for help to address the following issue.

Our instance is domain separated and we have a flow that is created on global/global.
1)This flow triggers when its a particular channel and incident state changes to resolved.

2) There is a step that Looks up records (table = connection and credentials), if found , we have a for loop to update comment.

*) we have 4 customers of which 1 is our own org AA.
When we test the flow , the flow executes for AA and completes.
When we test the same flow for other companies, with the incident as test, we see error - "
There was an error loading the execution details for this flow" . There are no executions details to figure out what went wrong.

We tried copying the flow and testing, tried recreating the flow but nothing helped.
Please advise.
