I have a flow with a "Submit Catalog Item Request" action, like this:
It makes use of a custom Action to populate MANY variables, as you see here:
It seems like ANY CHANGES I make to my custom Action are NOT reflected in the Flow that makes use of that Action, no matter how small, and no matter if they affect the actual OUTPUT of the Action.
Do I really need to REMOVE and then RE-ADD the Action from the Flow every time I make the slightest change to the Action? And I then need to re-map 20 or so variables? Or am I doing something wrong??? Thanks!!

@G24 Are you publishing your Action after making the changes. It looks like you are not, due to which the latest changes are not reflecting in the action being used in the flow.

@Sandeep Rajput It does not seem to matter if I publish or not. I have tried it BOTH WAYS, and the existing Flow never seems to reflect my internal changes to the Action.

@G24 This seems quite weird as the changes in any actions instantly become available to the flows/subflows once they are published. Could you please check if you have multiple actions with the same name on your instance? If not then I recommend raising a case with ServiceNow support to see if their is an existing problem reported for this issue and if there is a work around for it.
